GalaxyOS custom ROM (Android 10 | Oneui 2.5) for the Galaxy S8 Series (G950N/F & G955N/F)

 Today I have a device with a spare time, I mod an Android 10 Port rom from Note 9 to Galaxy S8 Series brothers to use if you like the original and don't like modding many things that you don't use.

  • Properly optimized for the set of 3 series S8/S8+ in each individual configuration.

Installation Instructions

  1. Install TWRP via Odin.
  2. Launch into TWRP using the Power + Bixby + Volume Up hard keys
  3. Select Wipe >> Format Data >> Type YES and press Enter to finish deleting the partition.
  4. Connect to your computer to copy rom.zip files to your phone.
  5. Go back to the main page >> select Install >> select rom.zip >> slide through to launch the installation wizard.
  6. Next click Reboot System >> wait 10-15p for the first boot.
  7. Done, enjoy Android 10 on your Galaxy Series 8.

Root Instructions

  1. To root you just need to download the latest version of magisk: https://github.com/topjohnwu/Magisk/releases/tag/v24.1
  2. After downloading "Magisk v24.1" to your computer. You rename the downloaded file Magisk-v24.1.apk to Magisk-v24.1.zip
  3. Now we reboot into Recovery and install Magisk-v24.1.zip as other zip files,
  4. Restart the system and that's it.
